| AUDIT REPORTS: | Comprehensive Liability, Worker's Compensation, CGL, Garage Liability, Receipts All audit reports are charged for on a hourly basis based on current fee schedule, available upon request. |

| EXPENSES: | A modest expense factor is added to all fees to cover the expenses of serving an account. This factor depends on the average cost of servicing an area or trip and will vary by area. |
| NON PRODUCTIVE REPORTS: | No charge is made for normal progress reports. |
| NOTE: If after the second attempt, including contacting the producer, the audit still cannot be completed on a timely basis, we will return the assignment with an explanation of the dates and problems encountered in attempting to complete the assignment. A service charge of one-half hour is made subject to the hourly rate if additional time has been spent. | |
| REAUDITS: | Reaudits resulting from auditor error will be conducted without charge. |
| TEST AUDIT RECHECKS: | We will gladly recheck any Bureau test audit without charge whether our original audit is proved correct or not. |
ALL WORK IS DONE ON A CONFIDENTIAL BASIS FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY OR AGENCY REQUESTING THE REPORT. REPORTS ARE NOT TO BE RELEASED OUTSIDE OF THE COMPANY FOR WHOM THE REPORT WAS MADE.
Morrison Insurance Service Co. is not an insurer and it does not guarantee the answers to questions and/or narrative remarks contained in its Reports, same are based upon the personal opinion of the fieldman and on statements of his informants at the time of inquiry. Where resort is made to public records or other means of verification same are specifically stated. The charge made for furnishing Reports represents a fee for services only and does not include any charge for the assumption of any liability or risk on the part of Morrison Insurance Service Co., or any of its representatives, arising from any Report submitted to requesting company and its reinsurers. The requesting company and its reinsurers agree to the foregoing conditions and further agree to hold Morrison Insurance Service Co. and its representatives free and harmless from any claims or liabilities, including reimbursement of all costs incurred defending against any such claims arising from damages where a Report has been submitted.
